We have recently used RLA Heating Ltd to complete a boiler service. Jamie was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and arranged a date to attend very quickly. Jamie was happy to explain the work he was going to complete and the reasoning behind, showing an explaining what was what with the boiler and tank. Very happy to have found Jamie! He just completed a very thorough service of our 10 year old Worcester boiler. I have given up on British Gas since I realised they are contracting everything out and no longer even bother to clean the boiler during servicing
(a vital step to optimise efficiency and maximise lifespan.)
Jamie did a very comprehensive clean and assessment of all components. British Gas had urged me to ditch the entire boiler and spend thousands on a new one. Jamie identified one part which needed replacing, and was even able to supply and fit this during the
service. Beyond that, he confirmed the boiler is in fine working order and definitely no need for replacement for the foreseeable future. Jamie explained everything in clear terms and pricing was very competitive! I heartily recommend this company!

I called RLA Heating as we had 2 previous companies who couldn’t seem to find the fault we were having with our heating system. Jamie was prompt and quickly set to work and very quickly found the fault to be our heating valve. Jamie was excellent at keeping us aware of what he was doing and quickly changed the whole valve, Jamie ensured all the radiators were heating up and I now have a warm house again.
